1) Entry behavior (출발점 행동)

- 이미 알고 있는 것, 어떤 능력을 키울 수 있을지, 원동력, 필요성, 동기부여, 한계는 무엇일지

2) Establishing goals (목표 설정)

- 더 자세한 목표는 무엇일지, 무엇으로 시작할지, 얼마나 많은 단어나 구를 가르칠지

3) Devising training methods (훈련 방법 고안)

- 1번과 2번을 바탕으로, 맞춤 제작 훈련법으로 가르쳐야 한다. 

- 어디서부터 가르칠지, 실패한다면 다른 대안책은 무엇이 있을지

4) Evaluating Process (평가)

- 성취했는지 아닌지 어떻게 결정지을지, 단기간 평가방법과 장기간 평가방법은 무엇일지, 한 번 성취하면 다음엔 어떻게 될지, 배운 부분을 계속 유지할

1) Ivan Pavlov (러시아 심리학자) : classical conditioning (고전적 조건형성)

- 학습 과정 : 자극 - 반사적인 반응

- 음식의 시각과 냄새를 이용한 타액 분비 반응을 통해 실험(무조건 반응)

2) E.L. Thorndlike: Law of Effect

- 행동 뒤에 일어난 자극은 미래 행동에 영향을 미친다

3) B.F. Skinner      < neobehaviorism (신행동주의) >

- 행동주의 심리학 + 독특한 관점

- 파블로브의 고전적 조건형성 실험은 인간과 관련이 적은 동물로 실험하였기에 특수한 경우임

- David Ausubel : 실제로 교실에서 적용시킬 수 있는 학습 이론을 제시한 최초의 교육 인지 심리학자

: 학습 = 새로운 경험을 기존의 인지 구조에 연관짓는 것

-  Meaningful Learning = 새로운 의미 획득 > 보유 > 지식을 위계 체계에 조직화시키기 > 망각

   > 단순반복암기로 설명 가능

단순반복암기 = 연관성 없는 지식 외우
