1. Summary

Of course, the reason most of us work is to make a living, but there should not be the only reason.

Answer is 'technology', not just have made us live in high-tech world.

'Idea technology' is something that shapes our process of thinking. But we don't accept wrong idea techonology. The reason we work is that we think working and earning is the right idea technology.

Our nature is in fact lazy. But we made a system of thinking, idea technology, and we follow it and this leads to our behaviors. Adam Smith suggested an example that people who work in assembly lines would think just fitted-thinking according to their circumstances. We have to think about our circumstances we're dealing with, because they make a huge influence to us.

Though our nature is lazy, it is changed because the idea technology of work is deemed right in our society. Our human nature would be more creative than we think, but because of our circumstance, we couldn't design yet. We have to think about what we want to design.

2. Opinion

How is our world going on today? I just came up to my mind thanks to the example of Adam Smith, people in assembly line. We are now in a fast-developing world, and that is why our fast-is-best thinking got fixed. I think the theme of this talk was this; First is, to make a conscious analysis of the world we're living in now, and second, we have to think this circumstances related to our way of thinking, trying to be objective. And third, we have to break it!

I think we've got blocked in our thinking and that's a very sad reality. We can break the view of our owns, and get a better and wider world from another point of view! I think our society is still fast developing, which led to the gap between people's way of thinking and reality of high-technology. I think some people's terrible Internet manner is one of these examples. And also, I think I should try to be objective and see what my narrow point of view is. I have to try the first one, though.

What future do I want to design? Still, that's a very big question to me, but I think I should try the first step first.
